Inside those different classes, students have shown their willingness to improve and enhance themselves in just less than a month after school starts this semester: prior to this semester, I never taught any of them before. 為何看得出來呢? 從高年級學生的心得反饋中,可以看得出他們的成長。 Why would I be able to see this? It's actually from the things written by these students that I can observe their growth. 他們的成長和我的成長是同義複詞。而我們的成長包括了反省、淬鍊、督促自我的進步等等,我很高興在我的教學場景裡面,學生們可以高興到哈哈大笑,但是也可以安靜學習,我也很感恩自己受到各種賞識,像是透過不同的教學場景而希望自己可以不斷進步,也發現到自己會不斷反省而讓教學的每一個時時刻刻中,不同的學生們可以在我們共處的時刻中發光發熱。 Their growth is identical to that of mine.
