背景信息：
基于我们在全球范围内参与人道主义援助的经验，我们正在探索於世界各地著名城市中散播歡樂散播愛的可能性，以透过来自不同层面的启发，達到整體提升當地居民与外來访客的慈爱、利他水平的目的。
我们可隨時灵活调整的提案梗概如下：
A
一位享誉国际的音乐家——周怡君博士（其经历如下所述），拟于2027年3月下旬、初春时节，在贵市苏州的苏州大学进行钢琴演出。本次演出将与蘇州在地其他音乐家合作，具体音樂家人数、所擅長乐器专长等細節，將由周博士决定。演出形式不仅包括周博士的钢琴独奏（正式名称將由周博士示下），也包括志愿参与者或受邀音乐家根据周博士标准所准备的个人曲目，共同完成一场同時也向海内外身心障礙者传递爱与善意为宗旨的音乐会。
目前笔者现有周教授资料如下：
周怡君博士，旅美钢琴家与教育者，现任教于美国辛辛那提大学音乐系。毕业于国立维也纳音乐暨表演艺术大学，获艺术硕士与音乐艺术博士学位，师承多位国际钢琴名家。她曾在维也纳国际音乐比赛、西班牙巴塞罗那Maria Canals国际钢琴大赛等赛事中获奖，并于国家音乐厅及各地巡回演出。
除了演奏，周博士也热心教学，自2009年起担任Yuking Chou Brandenburgh Piano Studio总监，2023年成为环球菁英钢琴（GlobalScale Piano）执行长。
周博士培训的学生屡在国际比赛中脱颖而出，并已前后多位陆续受邀至纽约卡耐基音乐厅演出。
B
本次音乐会（日期与地点尚待讨论），暂訂不收取门票费用，观众可选择以捐款方式支持本次「蘇州第一站」的活动。所得款项将用于以下两方面：
(a) 支付首席音乐家等人必要报酬；
(b) 用于支持不分年龄、以利他精神在国内外开展慈善行动的个人或团队，报销其实际产生的相关费用。此部份或可成立专门委员会进一步讨论与监督该部分，以确保资金真正用于真正的弱勢團體及個人，同时达到鼓励各界人士不分种族、肤色等种种立场，任何人均可无时无刻进行种种善行义举的可能。
C
音乐会将预留部分座位，专门提供给由正式机构照护的身心障碍人士。
D
为满足（非音乐专业人士的）一般大众需求，本活动拟融合包括但不限于艺术、商业等其他领域元素，例如，本次音乐会将不同于传统正式演出形式，计划由本案提出相關人士擔任主持一角，同時一併邀请曾经行善助人的人士登台演出如自弹吉他、独唱等多样形式的表演。
E
无论是在（可提前数月的）音乐会当天、活动前或（可延续数年的）活动后，都不排除任何得以开展友好服務學習、公益行動等思想之相關交流、行动合作及相关物品義賣、手工品製作等等，以激发更多善行。尤其在教育领域，本提案发起者具备较强的专业能力，例如：
- 帮助英语作为外语的学习者显著提升英语水平；
- 以英语口语表达自我、从而产生自信及自律等良质学习与生活态度；
- 协助申请世界知名教育机构；
- 指导有志成为空乘人员等职业发展的个人。
歡迎不分各個場域之各界教育人士進行相關交流。

Background Information:
With experiences in humanitarian aids
worldwide, we are seeking the possibilities to mobilize cities globally where certain
inspirational sources boosting the levels of loving kindness for residents and
visitors alike through gestures made at different fronts.
Our Propositions, which is flexible for
adjustments:
A Internationally
acclaimed musician, Dr. Yuking Chou, with her experiences outlined below, plays piano at
Soochow University in your city, Suzhou, this time, approximately late March
and early Spring 2027, with some other musicians, depending on the amount of musicians Dr.
Chou would like to work with, specifically which musical instruments these musicians need to be
skillful at, in not merely Dr. Chou’s piano solo session, Dr. Chou’s Solo Play Formal Name
as well as those volunteered and/or participated by then in their own repertoires
matching with the standards of Dr. Chou, for a concert with the goodwill of
sending love to the needed mentally, physically, domestically and abroad.

directed and specified by Dr. Chou)
The current information available on Professor Chou is as follows:
Dr. Yuking Chou is a U.S.-based pianist and educator, currently teaching in the Department of Music at the University of Cincinnati. She graduated from the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna with a Master of Arts and a Doctor of Musical Arts degree, studying under several internationally renowned piano masters. She has won awards in competitions such as the Vienna International Music Competition and the Maria Canals International Piano Competition in Barcelona, Spain, and has performed at the National Concert Hall as well as on various tours.
In addition to performing, Dr. Chou is also passionate about teaching. Since 2009, she has served as the Director of the Yuking Chou Brandenburgh Piano Studio, and in 2023, she became the CEO of GlobalScale Piano.
Students trained by Dr. Chou have repeatedly distinguished themselves in international competitions, with several being invited over the years to perform at Carnegie Hall in New York.
B Instead
of charging for entrance fees for this concert, date and location yet to be discussed,
viewers/audience can opt for donations towards the purposes of this event of
spreading the large-hearted love to all. Proceeds will go to two parties—
(a) The necessary payment for musician(s);
(b) Individuals, regardless of their age,
forming groups to take altruistic principles into actions domestically and
internationally can be reimbursed with their expenses incurred. There can be a
committee organized for further discussions regarding this part of the issues to
ensure the money goes to those who are truly in need.
C The
concert itself will reserve certain seats for those who are physically and/or
mentally impaired who are taken care of under some structurally formal entities.
D To
cater the needs of the general public who may not be experts in the field of
music, the event proposed here is with the intention to mingle with other elements
from other fields, including but not excluding domains such as general arts,
businesses and so on. For the concert itself, for example, the facilitators
bringing this proposition on the table already wish to, unlike other more formal
concert, have person(s) hosting the concert, inviting people are amateurs but
have done generous, kind deeds to many others to play guitar while others sing
alone and so on.
E Whether
it is the day of the concert, before it (up to months ahead), or after it (up
to years later), there will and/or may be friendly exchanges of ideas, actions,
transactions for goods inspiring enough to cause kind deeds and so on,
especially in the field of education which facilitators of this proposition are
more capable, professional, and skillful at, particularly in areas of victoriously
assisting learners of English as a foreign language to boost their English
levels, successfully applying world-renown educational institutions, and/or gracefully
guiding people wishing to pursue job opportunities working as flight
attendants, etc.

Conclusion
The original planners of this proposition welcome
any forms of possible, further collaborations with any group(s) of people who have
also done anything to make the world a better place; thus, it is expected similar
events will be held in the years to come at different parts of the world with
more and more joining suit, volunteering their time, talents, and skills.
