The "Matching" Project 「一比一」付出計畫

我仍然不知道上蒼當時怎麼會給了我這種辦法，在先進國家地帶教書與工作，並且在落後地帶將這些經費用於那些需要協助、但是沒有外來資源抑注的人的身上。

Still, I am not aware why I was given such a method of working in more developed regions of the world, make money, and use such finance at places where people often live under 1USD per person per day as communities, communities without any outside assistance. 

透過成長、閱讀、世界的行腳，我知道這個地球仍然千瘡百孔，有太多悲傷的故事每天在各地上演，很多時候我們假裝視而不見，主因可能是我們所生活的地方相對安寧而富裕。

Through learning, reading, I understand that the world is still scarred, with so many tragic stories taking place everywhere. Most of the time we can still safely and soundly lead our own lives is under the circumstances that the places where we are can be comparatively more peaceful. 

身為一位教育者，我時常思考著到底應該給我所認識的學生們、想跟我學習的人們，怎樣更好的版本的我自己。

As an educator, I often consider about what I should bring to the world, to those students and people I know, that better versions of myself...which is why the version below inside the table is born. It is born after many experiences of serving the others, and after many discussions made across boundaries and oceans. 

於是，以下這個在表格內的行動版本誕生了，在我不知經過多少的服務歷程與思索、以及不知與多少人討論過後而誕生。

和我初初行腳在世界相比，這中間的變化值是什麼呢? 幸運地，是現在多了一些些人與我看到同樣的方向，願意一起試試看。

What's the difference between then and now, when I firstly began visiting those villages globally? Fortunately, there're a bit more people who would like to give making-the-world-a-better-place a try with me. 

仍然，我不清楚上蒼怎麼就這樣給了我一個稍稍變形的習題，我也仍然沒有預設值，只是更加充滿信念，如此前行，一如曾經如此而來。

As usual, I am uncertain why such a slightly different task is handed to me. Again, I do not anticipate any results specifically speaking. I am just more hopeful heading forward, just like the way I have walked my path till this moment. 

 

The Matching Project Every time you gain certain knowledge from us, we will give the equivalent of knowledge to those in need worldwide 一比一方案 當您由我們的助益而獲得更新的知能， 我們就透過我們既有的全球服務網絡，       為更多位居全球落後地區的人群提供對等的服務。
Purposes and Motivations of This Project: We would like to share what we have to make the world and all societies better places. Understanding that all can be confronted with that much anxiety to talk in front of people in a mother tongue that is not easy, Mandarin Chinese, or in the lingua franca, English, a common language worldwide, we would like to offer people such glimpses of confidence so that such confidence can be transformed to the care and warmth given to the others.    本計畫之目的及背後動機：我們希望參照世上許許多多成功的助人案例，並且認知人與人的溝通在科技受到衝擊的時代，愈來愈不容易，而本來在學理上就造成人類極大焦慮感的「公開場合發表」、或者「公開場合使用英語這個強勢國際語言」，有日漸讓更多人充滿無力感的趨勢。透過這樣的方案，我們希望更多人在各處充滿面對未來的信念與方向感，從而轉化原本的無力，進而讓更多人採取溫暖的助人行動，形成良善的循環。

Ways to Do Such Voluntary Actions                   這個服務計畫的執行面為何呢?	I Any organization in the private, public, and/or third sector in Taiwan or overseas that needs individuals in it to improve their English or mandarin Chinese levels    II Discussions will be made with key persons.   III Plans will be made for the improvement of these people’s English or mandarin Chinese levels.   IV The teaching plans can be executed with distant learning mode or face to face when proper arrangements are made.     壹  任何在台灣及全球各地成立之公立、私立及非營利/非政府組織等，希望增進該組織人員之華語或英語能力者。   貳  與這些組織中之政策制定及執行者，進行關於該單位所需增進之英語能力之處。   參  訂定相關教學計畫。   肆  透過合理之安排，相關教學計畫可線上或實體面對面施行。
Things We Really Want To Do For You… 獲得我們在教學行動上助益的人士，可以有什麼進步呢?	We are determined to make language(s) learning or presenting one’s self in front of the others in such a lingua franca, English, and/or Mandarin Chinese as a native or foreign language alike more meaningful, while learners have a lot of fun, esp. as empirical studies have shown, to express ideas in front of a crowd can be intimidating. We are here to alleviate that burden by utilizing effective educational pathways to mingle such language(s) acquisition processes or presenting anyone him/herself with art, drama, rhythms and so on tailoring to the needs of our target groups. We hope to cultivate individuals who believe they can make an impact in their own lives, their families, their societies, and the world. 您可以透過專業的課程設計、有意思的學習與互動方式，透過各種有意思的藝術、戲劇、歌謠等助力，於公眾前較舒緩地展現自己的母語(中文/華語)或者英語能力，讓在人前表達自我、或者說說英語，不再是個夢魘，並讓自己充滿自信和陽光面對您週遭的社會及這個世界。
Tuitions You Will Have to Pay… 束脩呢?	The fact you are helping people in your work and life, reaching out to other human beings in other societies in the world will be the payment we would like to see. 貴單位各個人士在工作及生活上不斷為其他族群、其他不同社會及這個世界的物種所做的任何付出，就是貴單位所繳交的「學費」。

 

Please note we also plan to make projects available where everyone from all walks of life and every corner of the world with access to the internet and digital devices can learn something wonderful together. Let us have some more time cultivating that direction please.
