落差 DISCREPANCY

Dancer artist Martha Graham used to say.  一位著名的舞蹈家曾說到「透過你而詮釋出來的活力、生命力、行動力,是你所獨有;由於你的獨一無二,這樣的詮釋,自然也獨一無二。」 這樣獨一無二的人類,之所以會被體制化,一定要進行一樣的步履作一樣的事,有時候,也許正是造成許許多多我所認識的人們,往往痛苦週一的到來,以及開心週五終於降臨的主因。我們似乎不由自主希望找尋一種突如其來的釋放,可以將我們從那種種模板裡面解脫出來。 When we are so unique but we forget about our being unique, it seems we cannot avoid falling into the norm, the pattern that defines us. PRELUDE: These related designs are in accordance with the course designated for the students to learn about BUBBLES recently. BUBBLE (milk) tea is a local delicacy of where the students are from. 歌曲和故事,將在台灣時間即將到來的週一上班時間,與幾百位小朋友全部試驗完畢之後,再行發表。 The song and story will be released after the experimental stage with hundreds of students ^^ A much respected friend of mine who has retired and since then, taking part in some voluntary services I am involved.   本影片原YOU TUBE網頁如下:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wgvJfe0jRDI 敬請參閱 ( 或可直接點此查看 )   本影片幕後花絮~~~ 「老師這麼優秀又認真,怎麼會想運用Hope的任教班級來做這套書籍的結合呢?」我這樣詢問這位教師…… 她的回應是:「老師妳真的很有活力,這學期也正好有這個教材,所以想到了一些方式來結合這些。」 於是,看到自己創作的歌被其他教師所使用,是件破天荒的新奇之事,因為我已經有一段時間沒有創作兒歌,如果不是與這些小朋友接觸,也不會被這樣啟發。所以,許多事情,沒有「撩落去」的力量,就產生不出瑕想空間喲~~~ 因此我蠻開心,校方在經過一段時間審慎的評估之後,讓我在學期末最後幾天再度前往落後地區服務的公文,正式批準。 而這個,還有另一個故事呢!!! 習。(上開為與協同教師對話內容) 一   看人說人話 「為什麼 Hope 老師也在教室裡面的時候,你們就非常安靜,但是她不在教室裡面的話,你們就一直講話一直講話 ?! 」我所合作的外籍老師,再一次激動地和低年級小學生們說著她的心聲,雖然她的華語程度並非極度流利,然而,學生絕對可以聽得懂。學生時代一路被評價為資賦優異者的外籍人士,在我們合作的教室裡面,已經不是第一次讓我清楚看見她內心世界中的怒吼之聲。     了解這些細節的我,其實沒有真正離開教室,只是默默在近處觀察著這些學生們,在我不在場的時候上課,到底有怎樣的表現模式,到底學到了什麼。     以及,學生們對於這樣的一位外籍教師來自內心深處的呼喊,有什麼反應呢 ?     學生在我指導的時候會沉穩學習,循規蹈矩,並非今天才發生的事,早在身為初任國民小學教師,正式於台灣的北部大型學校服務,幾位初來乍到的英語教師教室並排在同一樓層時,就有其他教師曾經告訴過我: 「老師,妳的教室裡面學生最受教,能乖乖坐下來學習,其他英語專任教室的天花板都要掀起來了。」     時至今日,我的提問反而更加具體而微……     是什麼造成了這些教師之間的不同 ?     教師們的成長及轉變,是否伴...
